Cut perfect outside radiuses with these! 3/8" thick for maximum support of flush trim bit and long template life. Set cuts 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 2", 2-1/2" & 3" outside radiuses. Use on a router table or portably. Pins index template on work. Clamp or double stick tape the template to the work. Use a 3/4" or smaller flush trim bit with the bearing on the shank or end. Four templates per set, two sizes per template.

These are great! They are a time saver and offer great repetitive results. I copied a few others and put on 5 coats of 1lb cut shellac. This hardens the edge and offers a great quick finish for the templates.

This is a great product, much better than buying aluminum knock offs from China. I also own a woodhaven dovetail jig. This company makes excellent products. So far, I like this product, I use double sided tape to hold it in place. For those who have lowered their rating because of a missing screw or spacer, this company is very responsive to their customers. If you email or call, they'll fix the issue. I'll purchase the inside radius set next.
Very accurate and should be very durable, provided the user takes care to protect the mdf patterns between use. Good value for the money.
