Beer Flight Templates

Create superior Beer / Whiskey / Wine Flight boards with our Beer Flight templates. Machined from 7mm (0.276") thick Phenolic sheet, these templates offer maximum support for flush trim bits and long-lasting performance. Each template features four 2.25" diameter holes (want a different size hole? contact us).  Easily attached to your work piece with double sided tape.  Designed for use with a flush trim router bit, these templates allow for smooth contour cutting. Perfect for use on a router table or on a workbench.  Want a special shape? Send us your outline and we'll CNC a custom 3.5" x 17" template for you.  Contact us for other sizes or materials.
