The Woodhaven Cutting Board Juice Groove Jigs make it easy to rout a clean, consistent juice groove around the perimeter of your cutting boards. With fully adjustable side rails and corner supports, this jig ensures precision and repeatability—ideal for small batch makers and serious woodworkers alike.

Now made from 1/2" thick premium phenolic to provide more rigidity, the jig provides a solid, stable surface that won’t flex like plastic or thin MDF jigs. Phenolic is extremely flat, durable, and designed to hold up over time—even in demanding shop environments.

Available in Three configurations:

• STD for cutting boards up to 16" × 23" in size
• XL for cutting boards up to 20" × 32" in size
• Hardware Kit only.  You provide 1/2" sides per our enclosed drawing.

• Adjusts in both directions  
• Router base rides along the jig’s side rails to guide the juice groove cut
• Compatible with boards up to 2-1/4" thick
• Works with a rounded-shoulder juice groove bit (sold separately)
• Aluminum extruded corner supports for stability and accuracy
• Optional spacers can be used to fine-tune groove location
