Returns & Shipping

Woodhaven has been in business since 1983. We manufacture unique woodworking tools and accessories. Our products are manufactured in the U.S.A. at our facility in Durant, Iowa.

Return Policy We provide a 30-Day Full Refund for items returned in original unused condition. If item has been used or it is over 30 days since order was purchased, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

When do you ship?         Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday. Most orders ship the next business day.   

Where do you ship to?  Domestic shipping to the 48 states is included in the item price.  Contact us for the additional shipping charge for items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other international locations. 

Canada Shipping: We ship to Canada via USPS and UPS.

USPS shipments: Shipping cost is included in the item price. Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
UPS shipments (larger/heavier items): A $35 UPS brokerage fee applies in addition to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us and we will confirm shipping cost.

How do you ship?           Our orders ship via UPS or USPS based on product weight. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.  

Shipment status.             Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
