The Woodhaven 6000 Horizontal Router Table is the safest and most practical setup for mortise and tenon work, long molding bits, vertical panel bits, and other operations where a standard upright router table creates awkward or dangerous feed angles. The workpiece lies flat and feeds horizontally into the bit, giving you full control and consistent results. Clamps or bolts to any workbench. Router not included.
6000 has a maximum 9" bit adjustment range above the table to the router bit center. Assembled size 23-3/4" wide, 18" deep and 24" tall. Weighs 30 lbs. without a router motor installed.
- Solid phenolic top is 3/4" thick x 15-5/8" x 23-3/4" and has a 3/8" x 3/4" miter slot. Bit opening is 2-1/2" wide x 3-3/8" long and includes two zero-clearance inserts.
- Fine height adjuster has a 1-3/8" range and moves the router and bit 1/16" per revolution.
- Solid phenolic sides provide greater stability and strength.
- Knobs on crank brace provide easier & faster coarse height adjustments.
- Hold-Down and Hold-In included for safe and consistent results when machining moldings.
- 2-1/2" shop vac hookup with under-table dust channels to help direct debris to the outlet.

Great concept. Finely machined. Great customer service. WAY EXPENSIVE!!!
I just got the horizontal router table. Its a great product, but customer service was even better. There was a tiny, but critical machining error in the router sled. Not noticeable until assembly. I took some pics, email them, and they called back that day. Even though I had emailed around 4:30 in the afternoon. They shipped a replacement the next day. No questions, immediately acknowledged the problem, apologized, and were incredibly helpful. The replacement arrived, and was perfect.
Set up was straightforward and easy.
About the only 'complaint I can come up with (and its a stretch) is that the replaceable table insert is a TINY bit too thin, so if you are working on small parts, there is a bit of a bump as the part slides off/on the side. I fixed it by shimming with a piece of paper, and everything was perfect.....
I ran a series of tests using a 3" 'vertical' panel raising bit, and the results were great.

This is a well made table and works very well. The adjustment handle at the top makes creeping up on a cut a breeze. I made a table that slides over the base using a piece of counter top so that I would have more support for large pieces. I also bought another router so I wouldn't have to keep moving my router between this table and the vertical table. Not exactly a hardship to have more tools! Would definitely recommend this table.
