Flush Trim Base for Compact Routers

This Woodhaven FLUSH TRIM BASE simplifies the process of trimming edge banding. Our base is 5-3/4" wide by 11-3/4" long solid 10mm (0.394") thick Phenolic plate. The area of the base where the router mounts has a CNC machined relief 3/16" deep that will clear anything 1/8" above the panel face. Just adjust the router bit to be a few thousandths above the surface of your plywood and you're ready to shave edge banding (or anything else, for that matter) in line with the workpiece surface. With the router oriented vertically, chip-out is virtually eliminated. The Flush Trim Base is drilled for most major brands of cordless and corded trim routers.
