Quickly rout clean, comfortable finger grip pockets into the bottom of any cutting board. This jig is CNC machined from 10mm (0.4") solid phenolic, so it stays flat and holds up to shop use, no flexing, warping, or fragile 3D-printed parts to worry about.
Attach it to your workpiece with double-sided tape and rout with a flush trim straight bit or a bowl bit; either one rides the template edge for a smooth, even contour. Now available in two sizes to match your board.
