Shipping inside the continental U.S:
We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it. Special shipping options are available, call for pricing. Orders requiring special shipping must be called in by 1:00 pm Central time to ship the same day.

Shipping and handling charges are added to the order based on our current UPS rates, in some remote areas these may be over calculated. Call us for a specific quote in regards to your Postal Code if you feel the shipping is inaccurate. Ships UPS Worldwide. Customer pays customs upon delivery of merchandise, if applicable.

Order by mail

Complete the catalog order form (on tear-out card) with name, daytime phone number, product and shipping information. Include your customer number and ad code (if applicable) to help us process your order faster. We will send you a new order form with your order. Enclose your check or money order, payable to Woodhaven, or credit card information, including expiration date, and send it to: Woodhaven 501 W. 1st Ave, Durant, IA 52747-9729. Please allow 7 working days for checks to clear. Sorry, no CODs.

Credit cards (MC, Visa or Discover) only. Within the continental U.S.: 800-344-6657. Outside the continental U.S.: 563 -785-0107. Hours: 8 am to 3:30 pm CST Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. We also have an after hours answering machine that you can leave your order on.

Return Policy

Any time you're dissatisfied with any of our products, feel free to return it to us. Please call first and let us know what the problem is before returning it. Special order bits may be subject to a restocking charge. We will issue a full refund for any item returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. We cannot refund the full amount if the item has been used, or it is more than 90 since it was purchased. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
