Woodhaven 575 Mortising Table

Optional accessory for our 576-578 Horizontal Router Tables. The 575 Mortising Table allows you to safely and accurately cut a mortise. Two 500 lb. toggle clamps hold stock up to 1-3/4" thick. Optional 1" Riser Kit (6305R) holds stock up to 2-3/4" thick (one required for each clamp). Mortise Table & work is fed forward, guided in a straight line by its guide plate, into the bit until the work bottoms out against the router plate. Mortise Table is then moved left & right against stops in the miter slot (two included) to cut the mortise length desired. Fence can be set at any angle from parallel to the router plate (edge mortising) to 90º to the router plate (end mortising). Mortising Table measures 11-5/8" x 15-3/4".
