Woodhaven 5433 HD Frame Master

Patent # 5,960,843. The HD Frame & HD Panel Masters are great work holding devices for clamping a part and a Door Template together for machining. They work with either our Standard Door Templates (router use only) or our HD Door Templates (router or shaper use). Allows you to perform these operations safer and easier than by hand.
Holds parts from 5" to 20" and up to 1-1/4" thick. (7/8" thick rail parts on HD Frame Master when used with Standard Door Templates.) HD Frame Master adjusts for rails from 2-1/4" to 5-3/8" wide (at narrowest). Each jig base is made of heavy duty 1/2" phenolic. Separate units allow two users at once. Each unit includes two 500 lb. toggle clamps for maximum holding power.
